Cialis (tadalafil) is a very effective remedy that can be used by males with erection problems (erectile dysfunction). This drug should be taken alone – you are not supposed to combine it with other medications unless told so by your doctor. The following drugs will need to be reported to your doctor if you are taking them or are going to use them while taking Cialis: other erectile dysfunction treatments, diltiazem, delavirdine, nefazodone, erythromycin, lovastatin, alpha blockers, rifabutin, efavirenz, phenobarbital, isoniazid, rifampin, danazol, ethosuximide, clarithromycin, zafirlukast, carbamazepine, cimetidine, metronidazole, sertraline, medications for high blood pressure, amiodarone, antifungals, and HIV protease inhibitors. Some of these drugs can require a dose adjustment. Cialis provides you with up to 36 hours of efficiency and should be taken about an hour before having sex. Mild side effects are possible, but they tend to disappear after some time. The following mild side effects have been reported in the series of clinical studies: sudden vision loss, upset stomach, muscle pain, warmth or redness in your face, memory problems, sore throat, headache, stuffy nose, and sometimes diarrhea. Tell your doctor if those symptoms persist.
